Emotions as Information teaches you how to decode the five channels of experience — Sensation, Image, Behavior, Affect, and Meaning — so you can finally understand the actual signals your nervous system sends when something is aligned, unsafe, or outgrown. This session takes you from intellectualizing your life to feeling your way through it with clarity.
